The Founder
Xian Prem is a highly respected PhD in Psychology and Licensed Minister with over 20 years of experience integrating modern psychology with ancient spiritual wisdom. As a mystic and scholar, she has dedicated her life to guiding others through deep personal and spiritual transformation.
Xian spent many years living, studying, and teaching in ashrams across India, where she was personally guided by revered saints. Her studies include Sanskrit and the ancient scriptures of Yoga, Vedanta, and Tantra, giving her an extensive foundation in the sacred teachings of India. Her unique approach bridges the wisdom of the East with the transformative practices of Western psychology.
Certified in a wide range of transformative and spiritual disciplines, Xian has been teaching and mentoring holistic healthcare professionals for over 20 years, helping them cultivate personal mastery and spiritual sovereignty in their practice. Her expertise has led her to present at international psychology conferences, where her work on personal transformation, expressive arts, and dream study is widely recognized.
With a commitment to her own spiritual journey, Vasotara has spent thousands of hours in meditation and yogic practices over the past 30 years. She is passionate about guiding others on their path to self-realization, offering a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic techniques that foster deep healing and empowerment.
